"Among the most significant rights of personality, recognized by our legal system, the most relevant is certainly that of privacy," explains lawyer Assumma. This right gives every citizen the freedom to show or hide from others the physiognomic data of themselves or of their natural or adopted children over whom they exercise parental authority." Showing their bodies, avoiding, as the influencers are doing, that the physiognomic traits of their own face or that of their relatives are perceived, "is a strange phenomenon, a real and incomprehensible nonsense," adds the lawyer, which could be well explained by the fact that there is a lack of consent "from both." This could support the rumors that, in these hours, speak of a warning from Fedez to his wife regarding the publication of the faces of Leone and Vittoria on social media. Another explanation could instead concern the couple's desire to protect themselves in the face of a potential change in Italian legislation. We recall in fact that today, Thursday, March 21, a bill signed by Europa Verde, regarding the use of images of minors on the web, will be presented to the Chamber of Deputies. If the reason is not this, "it could maybe be that they have received some threat to the lives of the children following their attitudes or statements that have offended the person in question," analyzes lawyer Assumma. But it's a hypothesis that seems to be less concrete. In any case, "if such influencers want to avoid, as I think, that third parties become aware of the appearance of their own children, the most natural, practical, and effective way would be not to exhibit anything of their bodies," concludes lawyer Assumma.
