Salernitana's Endless Nightmare: Liverani Sacked Amidst Relegation Battle

An endless nightmare for Salernitana, which continues to sink in the standings. After the latest defeat against Cagliari, the decision was made by the club to dismiss Fabio Liverani. This marks the third dismissal of the season after those of Paulo Sousa and Pippo Inzaghi. Just 5 rounds were granted to Liverani, who managed to gain just one point. He certainly couldn't perform miracles, but evidently, the club expected something more from the former midfielder. Salernitana has announced the dismissal of Fabio Liverani (the official note is only awaited) and in the past few hours has also re-contacted Pippo Inzaghi, still under contract after the dismissal a few months ago. The former Milan striker, however, asks for a biennial contract, and so the garnets have loosened their grip on him. The other option is that of Stefano Colantuono, the current head of the youth sector. An internal solution until the end of the season, in the hope that something changes.
