Rome Prefect and Acea CEO Sign Partnership Protocol for Legal Compliance and Crime Prevention

The prefect of Rome, Lamberto Giannini, and the CEO of Acea, Fabrizio Palermo, have today signed a partnership protocol for the protection of legality and the fight against crime to be applied to the works that the industrial group will carry out in the coming years in the territory of Rome in all sectors in which it operates: water, electric, and environment. The protocol also includes Acea's commitment to promoting information and training initiatives for its personnel as well as raising awareness on these issues throughout the entire supply chain, contractors, subcontractors, sub-contractors. Also envisaged is a specific activity to verify the technical, economic, equity, and financial requirements of supplier companies as well as the regularity of personnel, preventing negative effects on health and safety in workplaces, as well as contributing to the protection of the environment, in a perspective of full sustainability.
