Raids on Lazio Ultras Following Violent Incident

Raids on 4 Lazio ultras on Tuesday morning (April 9), following a detailed investigation conducted by the State Police after the events of last January 10th in a Roman pub, on the margins of the Coppa Italia derby Lazio - Roma. The searches (personal, domiciliary, and digital) were carried out by the Digos agents, by delegation of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, against 4 Lazio fans. The Operation, carried out with the coordination of the Central Directorate of Police Prevention, concerns what happened at the Clovcr Pub last January 10th, on the margins of the Coppa Italia derby Lazio-Roma, when a violent assault occurred by a group of people against the patrons of the venue. In that circumstance, two young men, both Roma fans, were injured with cuts deemed healable in 40 and 30 days. During the searches, the agents found, in the house of one of the suspects (a 24-year-old from Rome), cocaine and hashish, a precision scale, and related packaging material. He was arrested, while further investigative insights are underway to assess the elements acquired against the suspects.
