Mexican Tourist Robbed of His €30,000 Rolex in Trastevere

Surrounded, attacked, and robbed of his €30,000 Rolex. A bad experience for a 29-year-old Mexican tourist who was walking on the Raffaele Sanzio riverside near Trilussa Square in Trastevere on Friday night. The robbery took place just before 2:00 AM on the night between May 3rd and 4th. After receiving the report, the police intervened. According to initial reconstructions, the 29-year-old was approached by two Italians who, after attacking him, snatched the precious watch he was wearing on his wrist and then fled. A few days later, a woman who stole a Rolex was recognized from a photo in the newspaper. The victim said: 'It's her.' The tourist was treated at the hospital under a code green. The victim told the responding officers that he was approached and surrounded by two Italian men, who then attacked him and robbed him of his valuable watch. The two thieves then fled.
