Man Kidnaps and Robs Victim by Forcing ATM Withdrawal

He went to the entrance of an apartment building brandishing a large knife and, after threatening to kill the doorman, he managed to enter an apartment in the building from which he made the owner leave, loaded him in the car and took him to an ATM: once there, he forced him to withdraw and hand over 1,450 euros. Kicks to his girlfriend's dog, young man stopped by passers-by. He wanted to punish it because it did not obey his orders. Kidnaps a man and takes him to the ATM to rob him. The police in Rome arrested a 50-year-old man for extortion, and drug possession. After suffering the extortion, the victim returned home alone where the officers of the Tor Carbone district were waiting for her, contacted by passers-by who had witnessed the scene. Immediately on the trail of the 50-year-old, the officers tracked him down shortly after: he had 5,195 euros and the knife used earlier on him while at home they found about 45 grams of drugs and material useful for its packaging: he was arrested and will have to answer for extortion and for possession, for the purpose of dealing, of drugs. On another occasion, during the control of the territory, other officers from the same district stopped a 42-year-old man, arrested for resisting a public official.
