Major Theft in Rome's Prati Neighborhood

A major theft occurred in a residence in the Prati district, at the center of Rome. It happened around 2 pm. The thieves entered the house through the terrace and, using a grinder, broke open the safe containing 50 thousand euros in cash and jewels worth 150 thousand euros. No other items were stolen from the house. The forensic police and officers from the Prati police station are investigating on site. NEWS UPDATE
