Ludo, the Mascot of the 2024 Rome Athletics Championships, Joins Relay Teams' Gathering

Ludo, the mascot of the Rome 2024 Athletics Championship, was also present at the gathering organized by Fidal for the Italian 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams, who have started their preparation for the World Relays in Nassau (Bahamas), scheduled for May 4 and 5. The European Athletics Championships Rome 2024 revealed the new mascot: it's named Ludo. At the Paolo Rosi Stadium in Rome, the Italian girls and boys met the friendly mascot of the Europeans for the first time, who will be the protagonist of the event scheduled from June 7 to 12, 2024 at the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico Park. As the host country, Italy is automatically qualified for the Rome Europeans with all five relay teams. The opening night on June 7 will feature the mixed 4x400 final, while on June 12, the men's and women's finals of the 4x100 and 4x400 will all take place in one evening.
