Lion Fountain in Piazza del Popolo, Rome Vandalized by Animal Activists

The lion fountain in Piazza del Popolo in Rome has been vandalized with yellow and red paint. The act was carried out by two animal activists who also displayed a sign saying 'No more animals in circuses'. On site were the Carabinieri. The perpetrators are a man and a woman.
