Knife-Wielding Man Detained on Rome's Metro Line B

Last night, Atac personnel reported to 112 a man wielding a knife on board a convoy of the metro line B. The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit of Rome intervened at the Santa Maria del Soccorso stop where they intercepted and blocked the man, a 28-year-old Italian who has been reported. The weapon, a serrated kitchen knife with a 20 cm blade, was seized.
