Impersonating a Paramedic: A Theft Inside Santo Spirito Hospital in Rome

Dressed as a paramedic, with a coat and cap, she sneaked into the Santo Spirito Hospital, in the center of Rome, to steal goods and jewels from the patients. A 41-year-old woman from Rome was stopped and arrested by the police officers who intervened around 9:30 p.m. yesterday, following a call from their colleagues at the police station. The woman, who is accused of fraud, had convinced an elderly woman in the ward to hand over the gold she had with her to then give it to her husband who was waiting outside.
