Hellas Verona's Legal Victory: Seizure Order Revoked

Good news for Maurizio Setti and for Hellas Verona, who have seen the preventive seizure of the company's shares revoked. The Bologna Prosecutor's Office decided to reverse its decision after verifying the prerequisites for the closure of the H23 bankruptcy. The yellow-blue company itself announced it in an official statement, saying: "On April 26, the Bologna Prosecutor's Office ordered the revocation of the preventive seizure of the entire shareholding of Hellas Verona Fc Spa and the consequent return of the shareholding to the rightful owner Star Ball Spa of Maurizio Setti. The revocation of the preventive seizure follows the occurrence of the prerequisites for the closure of the H23 bankruptcy, following the agreements concluded between Maurizio Setti's companies and the Delta, Lonestar, and Santa Benessere companies linked to the entrepreneur Gabriele Volpi." The note then continues: "The agreements, Verona continues, had been reached with the assistance of the Unilegal firm in Verona, with partners lawyers Antonella Benedetti and Paolo Pasetto, for Maurizio Setti and his companies, and the Gratteri Law Firm in Rome, with lawyer Luca Gratteri and lawyer Silvia Di Cesare, for the Delta, Lonestar, and Santa Benessere companies. Maurizio Setti and his companies also thank their pool of lawyers (prof. lawyer Vittorio Manes of Bologna, lawyer Fabio Lattanzi of Rome, lawyer Nicola Avanzi and lawyer Paolo Pasetto of Verona) for the effective defense carried out in the precautionary criminal proceedings, now concluded with the revocation of the preventive seizure.
