Fetus Found in Freezer: A Grim Discovery in Rome

Police intervened in a residence in Rome, Borghesiana area, where they found a fetus in the freezer. A couple was present inside the house. The agents of the Casilino district are investigating the discovery, currently leaning towards the hypothesis of a tragedy that occurred at home. The discovery was made following a report to the police from the Casilino hospital. A woman had presented herself to the emergency room with severe hemorrhaging, the cause of which she claimed to be unaware. Following the examination by the gynecology department's doctors, it emerged that the bleeding was due to a miscarriage or premature birth. Once the agents arrived at the house, they found the four-month-old frozen fetus, measuring about 30 centimeters. The Italian couple has been reported for concealing a corpse.
