Belgium Announces Squad for Upcoming Friendlies Against Ireland and England, De Bruyne Out Due to Injury

Belgium's coach Domenico Tedesco has announced today, Thursday, March 14th, the list of 25 players called up to face the two friendlies against Ireland and England, scheduled for the 23rd and 26th of March respectively. Two important matches in the run-up to Euro 2024. The coach has announced the withdrawal of his top player Kevin De Bruyne, due to a groin injury. Tedesco does not want to take any risks ahead of the summer European Championship, as he emphasized: "We need to take precautions with him. The goal is above all to be able to count on him at the Euros". Romelu Lukaku, however, will be part of the list of 25 called up.
