Ballistic Expertise Implicates FdI Deputy Emanuele Pozzolo in New Year's Eve Shooting Incident

The ballistic expertise ordered by the Biella prosecutor's office would trouble the FdI deputy Emanuele Pozzolo, hypothesizing that it was he who inadvertently fired the shot on New Year's Eve at the Rosazza Party. The study reconstructed the trajectory of the bullet fired from Pozzolo's weapon that injured Luca Campana, the partner of the daughter of the head of security for the Undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro, Pablito Morello. After the injury, Campana had stated that he saw Pozzolo place the small revolver on the table near which they were also located, and immediately after, the shot was fired. And the expertise would confirm his version: the gunpowder residue would support the thesis of the extreme proximity of the revolver to the table, at the moment the shot was fired. In addition to a black powder stain on the furniture, there would have remained the very slight mark of the bullet, which would have scratched it before hitting Campana. Pozzolo, the only suspect, has always maintained that he did not fire the shot.
