Amadeus Declines Sanremo 2025 Hosting, Amid Speculations and Confirmed Meetings with Rai

The meeting with Rai has taken place, as confirmed by Amadeus himself. But not for the Sanremo Festival 2025. The host of 'Affari tuoi' had announced it in a video call with his friend Fiorello on 'Viva Rai2!'. "I was contacted by Rai. They didn't ask me about Sanremo 2025, I'm not doing the Festival again," Amadeus assured. He then added: "Actually, they asked me to do a Prime time in the autumn or later, you and me, the Amarello." Despite the rumors circulating in these hours, Amadeus will not be on the Ariston stage next year. Italia Oggi had announced that, despite the announced farewell from the Sanremo Festival, the host had accepted the proposal from Rai to lead the next two editions of the song contest.
