A Multisensory Fusion of Art and Cuisine at Milan Design Week 2024

Reaching its sixth edition, the incredible creative union of the Rana and Marras families returns to amaze visitors at the Milan Design Week 2024. A multisensory, artistic, and gastronomic proposal, each time more surprising, this year co-signed by designer Antonio Marras and chef Francesco Sodano: a union of style and taste that will intrigue guests at all times of the day. The Temporary Bistrot & Restaurant will be open to the public at the Milanese showroom 'NonostanteMarras' - by reservation - for the entire week of FuoriSalone, from Tuesday 16 to Sunday 21 April, starting from 10 am each morning, to offer precious and delicious moments of taste and beauty, from breakfast to dinner, in one of the city's most creative locations. The Ristorante Famiglia Rana in Vallese di Oppeano (VR), awarded 1 Michelin Star 2023, now led by Chef Francesco Sodano, has created a special menu that combines iconic dishes of the Veronese restaurant with flavors and fragrances from Sardinia, in homage to the land of the eclectic Antonio Marras. 'Everything can be found in the sea according to the spirit that guides the search', these words by Joseph Conrad are like stars shining in the sky, to which sailors turn their eyes and hearts to find the way and the answers. It is precisely the sea and all its people that offer themselves as a source of inspiration for the creations and the installation of this awaited edition by Antonio Marras, which gives it an unprecedented and surprising interpretation. Similarly, the chef will be inspired by these marine visions for the creation of his dishes.
