60-Year-Old Man Arrested for Scooter Theft and Attempted Theft

A 60-year-old man was stopped by the Carabinieri of the Viale Libia station for a check while he was driving a scooter. The detail that caught the eye was that the ignition keys were not inserted, and for this reason, the Carabinieri conducted a more thorough check.
