46-Year-Old Man Arrested for Repeatedly Abusing His Daughter for Three Years

For three years he would have raped his daughter, a little girl who is now 10 years old. This is the accusation against a 46-year-old man, who was arrested by the police executing a precautionary measure in prison issued against him by the judge of Tivoli at the request of the prosecutor's office. The investigations started after the mother of the little girl, from whom the man had been separated for several years, reported him. The abuses would have taken place during the meetings that the man regularly held with the girl. The measure was executed by the agents of the pool specialized in gender violence and minors of the Tivoli - Guidonia police station, to which the mother of the girl had reported. The abuses would have taken place in the man's house in San Cesareo, who regularly saw his two children as decided by the judge's provision in the separation phase. On these occasions, the 46-year-old, Romanian and without a criminal record, would have distracted the older son in order to abuse the girl. The story of the violence suffered by the girl, told to her mother, was also confirmed by the brother's statements, as noted by the judge's order, which ordered the precautionary custody in prison, considering the danger that the man would continue to abuse his daughter as current and concrete.
