200,000 Euro Heist at Commodore: The Strike

A major heist at the computer company Commodore on Luxardo street, not far from the Tiburtina exit of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, where in the early afternoon of yesterday two criminals broke in managing to take away laptops, computers, and other IT materials totaling 200 thousand euros. The two thieves tampered with the alarm system and broke the entrance door of the storage. While they were still inside, one of the company's managers noticed their presence and tried to stop them. A scuffle ensued but ended with the two fleeing on board a van, along with the stolen goods. It is likely that other accomplices were waiting for them inside the vehicle. On the scene, the State police intervened who are now scrutinizing the security cameras to track down the two thieves. Given the speed and organization with which they carried out the heist, they are believed to be two professionals.
