At the end of Inter-Juventus, 50 Inter fans were taken to the police station and two, a 22-year-old and a 24-year-old, were arrested while 48 were reported for resisting and attacking a public official and aggravated damage. The Inter fans, after midnight, had thrown paper bombs at the police forces and the Juventus fans' buses, causing damage to a police vehicle.

Rome Derby, fan injured by firecracker: former Lazio ultra arrested (caught by clothes and cameras)

The Milan police chief, Giuseppe Petronzi, issued a Daspo against all 50 Inter supporters taken to the police station. The public order service had been in operation since the morning for the clearance of the Meazza stadium, the relay of the teams' buses, the surveillance of the railway stations and the Milan Ghisolfa motorway barrier on the arrival of the guest fans, with the coordination of the operational room of the Police Headquarters, and the management of the traffic to compensate for the union meeting called by the Local Police staff. Eighteen Juventus fans, around 6 pm, had been identified by Digos police after throwing a firecracker under the bus of an Inter Club that was taking the nerazzurri supporters to San Siro. The State Police officers, during the filtering of the guests, had found a 21-year-old bianconero supporter who, in possession of a smoke bomb, had been reported and removed from the stadium after the issuance of a one-year Daspo against him. About 60 Juventus supporters, moreover, had been removed from the stadium after showing up at the turnstiles without tickets.
