For her first public outing after the sad news of the cancer that struck her husband King Charles III, she undertook a six-hour car journey, for more than 320 km, when she discovered that the royal helicopter had been grounded due to poor weather conditions. While Charles III appears 'frustrated' by the inability to perform his duties, faced with the need to undergo treatment for his cancer, the queen is determined to reassure her husband and the public.
