Olivier Giroud spoke today about VAR and how it has changed modern football. The relationship between technology and the protagonists of this sport is not exactly idyllic, as they often complain about too many mistakes and overly prolonged rhythms. The French striker for Milan shared his thoughts in an interview with Canal+, where he expressed his antipathy towards VAR: "What would I change about current football? What bothers me a bit is VAR. It already takes time, they make you wait and still manage to make mistakes. I wish we could find a right way to regain some spontaneity."

Then Giroud talked about the possibility of playing in the Paris Olympics this summer: "I don't want to take the place of coach Henry, but I think that the three he would like to have among the players over 23, namely me, Griezmann, and Mbappe, could be a good idea. Will it be possible? That's another question."
