The MotoGP World Championship is about to begin with the teams ready to hit the track at their best. Heavy rains have forced the organizers to change the race schedule, also on the advice of the riders. In fact, 60% of the athletes voted to modify the schedule and move the pre-qualifications. The Lusail sprint race, the first event of the MotoGP world championship held in Qatar, starts today, March 9 at 17:00. The actual race, however, is tomorrow, March 10 at 18:00 (21:45 in delay) after the Moto3 (15:00) and Moto2 (16:15) races. However, if the rain continues to fall heavily, the schedule may also undergo changes. The Qatar Grand Prix, held in Lusail, can be watched live on Sky, on the Sky Sport MotoGP channel. If you want to watch the race for free, however, it can be done on Tv8 in delay at 21:45. The excessive rain has created quite a few problems for the riders involved in the competition. Given the impossibility of properly conducting the qualifications and free practice, the athletes decided to postpone the pre-qualifications hoping for an improvement in the weather also in view of the actual race.
