Ann Tanner, a 71-year-old resident of the town of Windsor who lives near the Princes of Wales, told the Telegraph she often sees them. Conspiracy theories? "It's just nonsense," the lady said, "we live across the street, they go in and out the back door, Dave (the doorman) lets them in quickly."
