During the Sanremo week, Geolier had fun translating his song "I p' me, tu p' te" into Venetian dialect. Thanks to Radio Piterpan, who interviewed the Neapolitan rapper and provided him with the "modified" version of the song. The result is hilarious, starting from the title, which becomes "Mi pa mi, ti pa ti". The video of Geolier trying, with a lot of self-irony, this impossible mission has gone viral on Instagram and TikTok. There are numerous comments, but one in particular gets a lot of likes: "It sounds like Spanish".

Geolier, the translation into Venetian of "I p' me, tu p' te"

"I p' me, tu p' te" ranked second at the Sanremo Festival, behind Angelina Mango with her "La noia". A placement obtained thanks to an incredible result in televoting, about 60% of preferences, overturned only by the judgment of the press room and radio that instead decided to reward the young Lucanian singer.

Geolier, who instead won the cover night, took the result sportingly, even urging his fans to accept the final verdict of the Festival without controversy.
