Former footballer Marco Tardelli, 69, World Champion with the Italian National team in 1982 in Spain, is accused of unauthorized construction. The accusation alleges the realization of unauthorized works in his villa on the island of Pantelleria. Myrta Merlino: 'Marriage? It's not necessary. Defending Tardelli is lawyer Enrico Tignini, of the Palermo Forum, who says: 'We will defend ourselves from the accusations believing we can clarify all the disputed facts before the judge.' It was Tardelli himself who reported: The unauthorized construction would involve an extension to the Dammuso and the construction of a pool. The affair is prior to 2022 when Tardelli himself had reported the works in question because there could probably be something to rectify. From there, the inspection by the Pantelleria Municipal Police and the communication to the Superintendency of Cultural Heritage of Trapani started. Marco Tardelli has a Dammuso, a typical construction of the island, in the Punta Karace district, where he spends the summer with his partner Myrta Merlino.
