The authentic values of sports in the magical setting of the Capital. This is the common backdrop that unites the upcoming European Athletics Championships, scheduled in Rome from 7 to 12 June, and Miguel's Race, a running race dedicated to the Argentine poet and marathon runner Miguel Sanchez, which will take place on Sunday, 21 January. A historic event, now in its XXV edition, which over the years has attracted the participation of amateurs, students, beginners, but also world and Olympic champions from various sports disciplines.

Miguel's Race will end at the Foro Italico Park, with the finish inside the Olympic Stadium. The same scenario where the best European athletes will perform for six consecutive days in June, giving life to the most anticipated sports event in Italy before the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The EuroRoma 2024 Foundation, which organizes the great international event, has decided to dedicate a special promotion to all participants in Miguel's Race, who by 31 January will be able to purchase tickets and subscriptions for the European Athletics Championships at a discounted price of 25%, using a code dedicated to the initiative. The promotion excludes only Premium category tickets.

The Rome 2024 team will also be present at the station set up at the Foro Italico Park from 19 January in view of Miguel's Race, to distribute informational material on the volunteer recruiting campaign that will participate with an operational role in the organization of the European Athletics Championships.
