Ukraine may have dealt another major blow to the Russian fleet in the Black Sea. The Russian frigate Admiral Makarov is reportedly burning near Snake Island after being hit by a Ukrainian Neptune rocket. An explosion would have occurred on the ship, followed by a fire. This was confirmed by people's deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko on Telegram, quoted by the Ukrainian media.
Russian planes are flying over that area of the Black Sea and rescue ships have arrived from Crimea to aid the frigate.
